In the 2010-2011 winter seasons, mounting of ventilated facade was made. This type of facades, are mounted in several stages. One of them is grazing, which was almost completed in January 2011. The next step will be wall covering.

Construction works at Hînceşti str. job site starts in summer 2009. Until February, 5th 2010 where build the following elements: slab foundation, basement and the frame of ground and first floor of the building.
