We are preparing the commissioning of the 3rd building. Thus, the work for launching the boiler room on the roof of the building is underway. Also the internal finishing works of apartments and stairwells are being executed as well. The area in front of the building is covered with pavement. Along with these works, and depending on the weather conditions, the ramps leading to the underground garages are mounted. During the cold season, the inner walls of the second block will be built.

Every day about 40 people paints the interior walls, executes flooring, are mouinting doors and kitchen furniture, waterproofing the roof, paints the facade etc. Also will begin the work on land improvment in June. It’s because the commissioning of the 4th building is soon. Assembling of the the 3rd block is finished. We are carrying out the interior works. Assembling the frame of the 2nd block is completed by 90%. Approximately 60 people are working daily in two shifts on mounting and finishing work of the both buildings.
